Crisis Center for Women
For the month of April, the Crisis Center for Women asks the public to help victims of domestic violence and sexual assault by recycling their old cell phones. Even without a wireless service plan, donated cell phones are reusable because any working mobile phone can dial a 911 call center. Your old phone could save a life by allowing victims of domestic violence to have instant access to emergency services.
