Digital Photography for Kids - Summer Class

See the world in a whole new way with digital photography. What part should I focus on? What angle do I want? Learn how to use your camera, download pictures, share, and send them to family and friends. Youths ages 8-15 can enjoy fun, step-by-step lessons. Bring your camera and your enthusiasm, along with your instruction manual and memory card.

Technology Spring and Summer Camps 2009

The University of Arkansas – Fort Smith and the College of Applied Science and Technology will again offer non-traditional career exploration opportunity for teens in various areas of technology.

Girls Tech Academy, April 2, 2009 through Thursday, May 28, 2009

8th-12th Grade Girls—Enjoy hands-on activities in Welding, CADD (Architecture, Forensics, Digital Animation and GPS/GIS), IT and Electronics.

The Girls Tech Academy meets nine Thursdays in the Baldor Technology Center begins Thursday April 2, 2009, and runs through Thursday, May 28, 2009.
No fee, but each student will require a teacher's recommendation.

H.O.T.T. Skills Camp

Boys H.O.T.T. Skills Day Camp, June 2 from 8 - 4:30

Health Occupations for Today and Tomorrow (H.O.T.T.) Skills Day Camp for Boys is planned for Tuesday, June 2, 2009 from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

There is no fee but participants will require teacher recommendations.
