Yes. Arkansas law allows a person who has their vehicle damaged due to the carelessness of others to have their vehicle repaired and receive additional money for the loss in the value of their vehicle.

The insurance company repair’s your vehicle but afterwards, your car is now only worth $10,000.00. You are still entitled to collect the $2,000.00 in diminished value to your vehicle.
